Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Return

  • Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product you received is:
    • Damaged in transit or upon opening, or
    • Incorrect—i.e., you received a different item than what you ordered.

2. Return Window

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Email contact@kriten.in with your order number, photos of the damage or wrong item, and a brief description.

3. How to Return

  1. Upon approval, we’ll send you a prepaid return label.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible).
  3. Drop off at the nearest carrier location indicated on the label.

4. Replacement or Refund

  • Replacement: We’ll ship the correct or undamaged item at no extra cost, typically within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.
  • Refund: If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products without proof of damage or incorrect fulfillment
  • Items returned beyond the 7-day notification window
